BNP Realtors' Day with a Private (Bellingham!) Chef

Getting the entire BNP Realtors crew together in the same place at the same time is not at all like herding cats.

It's like herding genetically engineered bionic genius workaholic cats on Redbull who are on individual missions on all 7 continents in 7 parallel universes.

But this past Monday, we did it!

And it was even off-site, out of the office, at Chara's beyond-comfortable home she caretakes for clients.

Getting together has been a goal since last fall and it finally came together.

We even had a private chef, who I will introduce you to and encourage you to contact.

We have so been needing to get all hands on deck and just connect, talk, reflect, strategize, share, learn.

We also finalized the 2023 BNP event calendar, which I will share with you below so you if you're a pre-planner you can add these to your calendar.

I'll reach out in a more timely fashion for each one too, I promise!

Fill the Truck: Saturday, March 25, 10-2pm at BNP 1100 Lakeway Drive.

BNP's new location Grand Opening: Friday, April 21, 4-7pm at BNP 1100 Lakeway Drive.

"Little Mermaid" Movie Event: Saturday, June 3, Regal Cinemas Barkley Village, show time TBD.

BNP Team Volunteer Service Day: Friday, September 22 - Location TBD.

Late Autumn Fill the Truck / Warm Coat Drive: Saturday, October 14, 10-2pm, BNP 1100 Lakeway Drive.

100 Houses Event $10K Donation / Holiday Party: Friday, November 17, 4-7pm, BNP 1100 Lakeway Drive.

Don't be fooled, though, about it being pure relaxation.

You don't put the (arguably) a bunch of busy Realtors in house together on a Monday, tell them they don't actually have to prep the food because it's being handled by an actual chef, and expect that they won't have to "work".

This was the scene about 1 hour in:

You should hire Carrie the Green Goddess chef!

What is that special element that transforms a mere "meeting" into a reunion of friends full of laughter and stories and has everyone delaying their departure as far as they can to just enjoy a few more minutes together?

One word: FOOD!

Carrie is a master chef-for-hire capable of all diets including vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, gluten free, low fodmap, carnivore, you name it.

Her ideal client is a family who is overwhelmed and needs help.(She also does dinner parties and small corporate events). She will come into your home once a week and prepare 3 to 4 complete meals from your choices on a wide-ranging menu that fits your diet.

You'll have enough to eat that day and also to freeze the other meals so you are just a simple defrost and reheat away from your next feast! She will bring her own knives and cutting boards, and use your pots and pans. And she will fully clean up when she's done so you can focus on the delicious food, not chores. For a family of 4 her fee would be about $175 for this service, plus the cost of groceries. After enjoying a Carrie-prepared meal, if I could write her a 6-star review I would.

I've eaten my share of Mexican food, and the meal she prepared for us this past Monday rivaled any I've had on either side of the border.

You can visit Carrie's website and view sample menus at www.GreenGoddess.kitchenYou can call her to ask questions or book her services at 563-663-0948.
