Making turmeric & lime chicken & veggies is, in our household, our go-to staple meal -- along with a stack of piping hot chapati!

So few ingredients, so much flavor and nutrition!

In this no-fluff video, I show you quickly and easily how to MASTER this healthy dish — and how to juke it up if you ever get bored of it.

The ingredients are:

  • Olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Yellow onion

  • Cauliflower

  • Broccoli

  • Collard Greens

  • Sweet Potato

  • Chicken Broth

  • Coconut cream

  • Turmeric

  • Cumin

  • Coriander

  • Lime
