Brandon Nelson Partners Realtors is MOVING!!!!!

When BNP Realtors was launched in 2005, there were two of us, and we rented a small, windowless office tucked in the center of an unremarkable building near the Bellwether.

We had no conference room, no separate offices, and no signage whatsoever.

But slowly, steadily, we grew.

We hired Grace Young, then Chara and Chelsea, and as we grew out of what we affectionately called the "broom closet"......we moved to our current space on Squalicum Way, where we've been since the fall of 2016.

We have LOVED our current space.

It's been comfortable, the open-office architecture has let the agents learn from each other......

and when clients have stepped through the front door, they usually make a comment synonymous with, "OK, legit."

Yes, we've enjoyed this space.

However...I am wired for growth... and the time has come.

We're maxed out in our current space, with our 10 team members.

Everyone is "comfortable."

But as the agents' skill levels have ascended, they've begun asking for enclosed offices so they can have some privacy.

At the same time, I've been wanting to grow both our agent roster and our admin / support team with new people.

To do that, we need a bigger space.

And as if the universe had its radar on and was listening... the PERFECT building just... it just appeared out of the fog!

(OK... it didn't exactly appear out of the fog. My buddy Tyler has been telling me for months to check it out, and I finally listened. Thanks Tyler, I owe you a hundred bucks.)

So where are we moving???

I guess *technically* it's a little early to spill the beans.

We only just got under contract on the building last week... and we are about 10% of the way through our feasibility / due diligence.

But I have this INSANE confirmation bias on the things I really want to make happen, and this building is one of them, so I'm going to spill the beans.

Besides,  you're part of the Insider's View tribe, so I kind of feel obligated!

OK... you know where Whole Foods in Bellingham is located, right?

In front of that, between Cruisin' Coffee and the Sol de Mexico restaurant, is the old Washington Federal Bank Building... this thing:

THAT is going to be the new BNP headquarters!!!

1100 Lakeway Drive!

3 times the size of our current space...

VASTLY easier to find...

Tons of separate offices for the team...

Multiple conference rooms...

Multiple restrooms...

Lots of parking spaces...A coffee shop for a neighbor, plus WHOLE FOODS RIGHT THERE!!!

Holy moly I am EXCITED!!!!!

Of course before we move in we'll do a full interior-and-exterior makeover to give it the BNP look and feel.

We're currently just playing with color options, material options, signage... all digitally, all in Grace's free time.

I will absolutely keep you up to date on the process as it plays out, from the closing on the purchase to the design and "TI's" (tenant improvements) that we make before move-in.

Also, we are primarily doing this to continue to grow the firm, which is all about helping more people.

As that story unfolds, I'll share that too.
