My Gratitude for BNP Realtors!
Before I opened the Brandon Nelson Partners (BNP) real estate firm in 2015, I had a decade of experience as an agent at other firms.
My first year, still moonlighting as a home inspector, I sold two houses.
My second year, just before the Great Recession hit, I sold seven.
For the next eight years, as prices fell then slowly recovered, as 30 to 40% of Whatcom County agents left the business, as Heather and I had our first child, then our second, as we moved 3 times, and as the rest of the world kept on turning, each and every year I learned more, and helped more people make a move or acquire an investment. The growth was incremental, but it was steady.
Then the holy grail of business was bestowed upon me: The help of others.
Serendipitously, the exact people I would choose to work with among everyone in the industry appeared in one's and two's over two years, we took each other on as partners, and BNP had its crew.
The tradition of growth and improvement has continued, and BNP has helped more people move and invest each and every year. That makes 2020 was our most productive year yet.
In 2021...
BNP helped 203 Buyers and Sellers
Our total transaction volume was over $125,000,000
This represents growth of about 23% over our 2020 sales.
Going back to the BNP partners again...
I could not be more grateful for Grace, Kate, Chara, Chelsea, Alana, Hannah, Paulina, Jacson, and Jessa!I am a firm believer, and I teach my kids, that you are the average of the people you spend the most time with. The partners of BNP are some of the most caring, capable, committed, hard-working and ambitious people I have ever known, and it is an absolute JOY to work alongside them.
It shows in their work, in the 500+reviews you — our clients — have written about them, and in the lives they are living.
In upcoming blog posts, I'm going to introduce you to each of them in more detail. If you don't already know the individual partners, you absolutely should. They're amazing.
My deepest gratitude to you, our clients, and to my partners at BNP. May the tradition of steady improvement and growth continue for all of us, forever.
